2. Payment Policy

2.1 Booking & Payment
* A confirmed reservation requires an upfront payment of 25% of the total amount.
* Payments can be made securely via UPI, bank transfer, or cash.
* Balance payments (if any) are due at the time of check-in.

2.2 Cancellations & Refunds
* Free cancellation if made 15 days before check-in.
* Partial refund of 50% if cancelled between 7-15 days before check-in.
* No refund for cancellations within 7 days of check-in or no-shows.
* No refunds will be issued in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, travel bans, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we may offer an alternate stay date or a booking credit, subject to availability and our discretion.
* Refunds are processed within 7 business days of confirmation.

2.3 Changes to Booking
Date or guest number changes are subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

2.4 Taxes & Charges
Unless stated otherwise, all prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes. Any additional charges (e.g., damage, late check-out) will be communicated and billed accordingly.
